Travel Experts, Inc. offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services (“Suppliers”). Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent Supplier. Hence, you agree that Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor act only as agent for you in acquiring air and/or land transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for your benefit.
Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Travel Experts Inc.’s direct control; and (4) any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed. You hereby release Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. By signing below, you are consenting to those terms and conditions. You also understand that Supplier terms and conditions including without limitation cancellation and refund policy, payment terms are subject to change without notice.
Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor have no specific knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. It recommended that you check several resources available to you to make an educated decision. At the end of the document you will find a list of resources available to you.
You acknowledge that the list above is not final, and that the information is subject to change without notice or control from Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
Limitation of Liability for Air Transport: In addition to the limitations of liability set forth above, you agree that Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor are not liable for any damages arising from or related to any airline timetable changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, mechanical problems, inclement weather, seating reassignments, lost/delayed baggage, screening and security delays, refused boarding or failure to check-in properly.
Travel Insurance: You acknowledge and agree that it is responsible and prudent for you and/or any passengers traveling with you to put in place a policy of insurance in respect to loss, claim, cost, damage or injury incurred in connection with the travel services or any travel resulting there from.
Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor shall make commercially reasonable efforts to assist you and/or all other passengers in obtaining such policy of insurance from an insurer on your express request and on payment of the appropriate premium. You acknowledge and understand that Travel Experts, Inc. and your Travel Advisor are not insurance brokers and it is strongly recommended that you contact the travel insurance company directly with any questions about your policy. Many travel insurance coverages require you to purchase the plan within a specified number of days (usually 10-14) of making that initial trip deposit if the coverage is to be in effect.
